Cosa sono i Cookie
I cookie sono piccoli file di testo che i siti visitati inviano al dispositivo dell'utente, dove vengono memorizzati per essere poi ritrasmessi agli stessi siti alla visita successiva. Permettono al sito di ricordare le preferenze dell'utente e di migliorare l'esperienza di navigazione.

2. Technical cookies (necessary)
ym_session — session identifier: keeps you signed in, holds the server-side cart and the anti-CSRF token. Duration: 30 days.
ym_tenant — links the session to the correct restaurant. Cryptographically signed. Duration: 12 months.
ym_cookie_consent — stores the choices expressed in the banner. Cryptographically signed. Duration: 12 months.
ym_lang — language chosen by the visitor through the selector. Written only after an explicit choice. Duration: 12 months.
ym_device_* and ym_session_* — identify the device during a table order, in order to link the shared cart to it. Duration: 6 hours.
The contents of the cart are also kept in the browser's Local Storage until the order is completed or emptied. This is a technical function: the data stays in the browser.
3. Cookies subject to consent
yom_rwg_token — marketing cookie. If you reach this site from a Google listing that allows online ordering, it stores the source code in order to attribute the order to the campaign. It is written only if you consent to the marketing category; without consent the code stays in the current session only and does not follow you from one device to another. Duration: 30 days. Provider: first party, data transmitted to Google Ireland Limited.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — analytics and marketing cookies (_ga, _ga_*, _gid), active only if the site operator has configured them and you have given consent. Duration: up to 24 months. Provider: Google Ireland Limited.
Until you make a choice, these services are not loaded and write no cookies. If you withdraw consent, the cookies already present are deleted.
4. How to manage or withdraw consent
You can review your choices at any time using the Manage cookies button in the page footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Alternatively you can delete cookies from your browser settings. Disabling technical cookies stops some functions — sign-in, cart, ordering — from working.
